After confirming the length, proceed with the armored cable production and processing. If the ambient temperature is consistently high, add asbestos for fire resistance. Usually, one layer of asbestos is sufficient; for higher ambient temperatures, add two layers. For even better protection, consider installing a silicone rubber fire-resistant protective sleeve on the outside of the metal hose. The metal hose and metal hose assembly should not be used below the minimum bending radius of the metal hose. Ensure that no deformation or bending occurs near the three-way connector, otherwise, it will obstruct the hydraulic transmission and transportation of materials or damage the metal hose assembly.

　　The outer adhesive of the metal hose assembly occasionally undergoes severe mildew. This is usually caused by the aging of the metal hose, which is a natural aging mildew. This is because the outer adhesive is in long-term contact with O2, and over time, the chemical reaction causes a layer of active oxygen to form on its surface. In this case, the adhesive will crack slightly when bent. In such situations, the metal hose needs to be replaced. If the surface of the metal hose shows bulging, this is usually due to improper operation or substandard quality of the metal hose itself.

　　In cold environments, metal hose assemblies easily become hard and brittle, making them prone to bending and cracking. During transportation and handling, handle with care. Heavy goods should be transported using equipment such as electric forklifts. Avoid excessive bending or distortion of the metal hose. Since transportation often takes a long time, prolonged bending will cause significant damage to the metal hose. Also, during transportation, do not place the metal hose together with sharp objects to prevent scratches from shaking.

　　Regardless of whether a metal hose is in use or its location, due to the characteristics of rubber materials, as long as it is not isolated from the outside world, it is constantly aging, although at different rates. The main cause of plastic aging is the oxidation-reduction reaction between O2 and reducing substances. Factors affecting the rate of oxidation-reduction reactions include temperature, ultraviolet light, and oxygen content. Therefore, during storage, place the metal hose in a shaded and ventilated area, away from heat sources, and avoid contact with machines that can generate active oxygen, as O3 has much stronger reducing properties than O2.
