　　1. Oil pipe rupture is related to oil pipe quality and installation method after installation. When installing air conditioning pipes, it should be noted that if the perspective does not meet the relatively large distance, the working pressure will be concentrated at the oil pipe connection, causing the oil pipe to rupture at the interface. At this time, only the injection pump needs to be disassembled for safety inspection, and then a fuel injection valve is replaced to solve the problem.

　　2. Oil pipe rupture is related to the poor unloading of the fuel injection valve. If the fuel injection valve is not well sealed or unloaded, the residual pressure in the oil pipe will accumulate over time, causing high pressure in the oil pipe, leading to fatigue damage or cracks in the oil pipe.

　　3. If the injector is stuck during the operation of the engine, and the plunger pump continues to pump oil to the top, the oil pipe can only withstand limited pressure. If it bears this pressure for a long time, the oil pipe will crack. Therefore, once the oil pipe ruptures, the injection pump should be checked first to see if it is stuck.

　　4. Oil pipe rupture is also closely related to vibration. The oil pipe is fixed on both sides by bolts, and the middle is only supported by an oil pipe clamp and a sheet metal support. Vibration will cause resonance of the oil pipe, causing the oil pipe to rupture. In this case, replacing the oil pipe is useless. The vibration must be overcome first before replacement.

　　Due to high temperature. The advantages of diesel engines are high power and high cost performance. The working process of a diesel engine is similar to that of a gasoline engine in many aspects, and each working cycle also goes through four strokes: intake, compression, power, and exhaust. However, because diesel engines use diesel fuel, which has a higher viscosity than gasoline, is not easy to volatilize, and has a lower autoignition temperature than gasoline, the formation of combustible mixtures and the ignition method are different from gasoline engines. The difference is usually that the mixture in the diesel engine cylinder is compressed-ignited rather than spark-ignited. When the diesel engine is working, the gas enters the cylinder, and when the compressed air in the cylinder reaches the end point, the temperature can reach 500-700℃, and the pressure can reach 40-50 atmospheres. When the piston is close to the top dead center, the high-pressure pump in the engine injects diesel fuel into the cylinder at high pressure, the diesel fuel forms fine oil particles, mixes with the high-pressure and high-temperature air, and the diesel mixture spontaneously ignites, expands violently, generating explosive force, and drives the piston to slide down to work.
